  • £15 Saturday delivery (UK Mainland only)
  • Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands £18 (2-3 days delivery)

  Please Note: Next day FREE Delivery is for working day only, we aim to deliver on the next working day, however this can be longer in very busy periods. Express delivery is usually delivered twice as fast as standard delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday and wish to receive your item on a Saturday, please contact us before checkout.

   

  All orders weighing over 100kgs will be dispatched via our palletised delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days for this service (longer in very busy times). If required our pallet carrier will contact you so that the delivery can be booked in*, please specify this in the order comments. Please note this is a kerbside delivery. The driver is not insured to assist in the unloading of the pallet.

U004 ROTARY HANDLE FOR CABLE MACHINES
The swivel handle allows you to perform precise exercises for the muscles of the arms, shoulders, back and postural muscles. Exercises with the use of the upper and lower pulley are considered the basis of bodybuilding training - due to the simplicity of execution and the movement determined by the machine, they are perfect for both beginners and advanced users.

A strong and comfortable grip thanks to the 22 mm diameter handle and 136 mm spacing. Rounded edges and secured screws allow you to perform the exercises in close contact to the body, without the risk of abrasion or painful impact.

ROTATING HANDLE
Thanks to the rotating handle, the movement during the exercise is constantly modified - so that the wrist is not locked in one position, thus avoiding injury. On the one hand, this makes the exercise difficult and more intense, because it forces the forearm muscles to work actively, not just passively tightening, but at the same time it protects the wrist joint from overload.
