  • Mon-Fri FREE NEXT DAY delivery (UK Mainland only)
  • £15 Saturday delivery (UK Mainland only)
  • Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands £18 (2-3 days delivery)

  Please Note: Next day FREE Delivery is for working day only, we aim to deliver on the next working day, however this can be longer in very busy periods. Express delivery is usually delivered twice as fast as standard delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday and wish to receive your item on a Saturday, please contact us before checkout.

   

  All orders weighing over 100kgs will be dispatched via our palletised delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days for this service (longer in very busy times). If required our pallet carrier will contact you so that the delivery can be booked in*, please specify this in the order comments. Please note this is a kerbside delivery. The driver is not insured to assist in the unloading of the pallet.

Our V-grip bar is designed to be mounted onto a lifting mechanism. Using an inclined bar as an alternative to a straight bar makes a noticeable difference: it works well for precise training of the biceps and triceps. The anatomical spacing will allow you to perform exercises without straining your wrists.
